  1. Dark colored vegetables like carrots, beetroots, dark green vegetables like spinach, capsicum, can be used to detoxify human body. They contain all essential nutrients which are necessary not only to maintain good health, but it also has detoxifying properties which they inherit from various antioxidants, bio-flavonoids, carotenoids they contain which are present in dark red, maroon, violet vegetables and from chlorophyll present in dark green vegetables like, spinach, capsicum, coriander, peppermint and ladyfinger.     and toxic free radicals out of body.
  2. Wheatgrass juice- also got various beneficial detoxifying properties like the above vegetables got. Wheatgrass juice contains which not only acts as liver tonic, but also strengthens body’s immune system and also detoxifies it. One important thing, wheatgrass juice should always be taken fresh. Immediately consume it after making its fresh juice, because, if, it is left for sometimes its chlorophyll gets oxidized and become less active and hence less effective as detoxifying agent.
